Here’s how to pay for your newspaper and what to do if something goes wrong.

How do I pay?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.


What should I do if my payment won’t go through?

Double-check your card details and try a different payment method. If it still doesn’t work, contact your bank or contact us.


My order failed, but I can see the payment to Newspaper Club in my bank account

It’s likely your payment failed the 3D Secure checks. Your bank should automatically release the funds, but it can take a few days. Contact us if you need help in the meantime.


How do I know my order went through?

You’ll get a confirmation email and will be able to see your order in your account.


Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes, just contact us before ordering and we’ll send an invoice with our bank details.


Can you send my company an invoice?

Yes, upload your PDF to your account and contact us with your order details. We’ll set up the order and send you an invoice you can pay by card, PayPal or bank transfer.


Can I pay over the phone?

We don’t take payments over the phone, but you can pay an invoice securely by card, PayPal or bank transfer.


Can I get a receipt?

Yes, once your order has been printed and dispatched, you’ll find a printable receipt in your account. For more information, see order history and receipts.
