How can I track my delivery?
You’ll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. Just click the link in the email to follow your delivery.
Which delivery companies do you use?
UK
- Royal Mail – for sample packs (untracked)
- DPD – for most orders
- DHL – for orders to Northern Ireland
- The Pallet Network (TPN) – for large deliveries
Outside UK
- Local postal services – for sample packs (untracked)
- DHL – for most international orders
- Europa pallets – for international pallet deliveries
Can I use an app to track my delivery?
Yes, you can use the DPD app (for iPhone and Android) or DHL Express mobile app (for Android only).
I haven’t received any tracking information
Tracking emails might land in your spam or junk folder. They come from:
DHL: noreply@dhl.com
DPD: yourdelivery@dpdlocal.co.uk
To be safe, add these to your contacts or safe senders list. If you can't find your tracking info, just contact us and we’ll help.
I'm not going to be home – what should I do?
You can reschedule your delivery directly with the courier using the tracking link or their app.
