Deleting your account

To delete your account, log in and go to account settings. You’ll see an option to delete your account there.

Before you go, be sure to save any PDFs or receipts you want to keep, as we won’t be able to recover them once your account is deleted.

Closing your account does not unsubscribe you from marketing emails – this is a separate subscription.

You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the link at the bottom of any of our marketing emails, or by updating your preferences in your account settings.

Once an account is closed, it can't be reopened. You can always create a new account if you'd like to print a newspaper in the future.
