Complaints
We want you to be happy with your order – if something’s gone wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.
If your newspapers arrive damaged or there’s been a printing error, we’ll work with you to find a solution. You can find more details in Section 12.3 of our Terms and Conditions.
Can I get a refund?
Because newspapers are custom-made, refunds are only possible if there’s a defect. We can’t issue refunds for issues caused by:
- Typos, low-res images or other errors in the design of your PDF
- Fair wear and tear
- The normal qualities of newspapers as described on our website – like rough edges, printer marks or ink rubbing off
- Colours not being the same as the PDF version
If you’re unsure about anything before you order, we’re happy to check your artwork. If you're printing digitally, you can print a single test copy first. Just be aware that we can’t check text or proofread, so be sure to check your PDF carefully before uploading.
What should I do if I have a complaint about my order?
Contact us right away to tell us what has happened. Please include your order number and photographs of the issue, if you have them. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible to investigate and find a solution.
