Creating your account and logging in

Here’s how to set up your account, troubleshoot any issues and keep your details up to date.

Do I need an account to order?

Yes, you need an account to order samples or newspapers.


How do I create an account?

Just sign up with your email address. We’ll send you a confirmation email – click the link to activate your account, and you’re good to go.


What if I don't receive the confirmation email?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us and we’ll look into it.


How do I know if my account has been confirmed?

Once your account is confirmed, you’ll be able to log in and see your account and order history.


I'm having trouble signing up

Here are a few things to try:

  • Make sure your email address is correct.
  • Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the confirmation email and click the link.
  • If you've confirmed your account but still can't sign up, make sure your browser is updated to the latest version and try again.

If you’ve already signed up but can’t confirm your account, contact us from the same address you used to register and we’ll do it for you.


Can I update my account details?

Yes – log in and head to your account settings to update your contact email or other info.


I've forgotten my password

No problem! You can reset your password by entering your email address – we’ll send you instructions to set up a new one.
